Construction has been part of my life from the beginning — not from an office, but from the jobsite.
I started at the ground level, taking on whatever work was needed and learning how projects actually come together — piece by piece. Early on, I realized construction isn’t just about doing one task well — it’s about understanding how each phase connects and affects the next.
That understanding led me to gain experience across different stages of custom residential and commercial interior construction, working alongside multiple trades and seeing firsthand how projects move from planning through completion.
Over time, I saw how easily projects can go off track without proper planning, coordination, and clearly defined scope. That experience is what led me to build EMP Builders — with a different approach grounded in real jobsite knowledge, accountability, and a more structured way of building from start to finish.
